- While there are many products like this out on the market already many of them fall into the same issue. They are unable to keep reliable and accurate data on the places they have listed. This product aims to focus on this aspect the most. It is understood that this is a difficult task but it provides a much needed service for those looking to move.
- The main version of this idea is to create a website for the convenience of those looking to move, but to also have an office that will allow for people to come in and ask questions that they are curious about and to act as a place for employees to be based and gather the data that will be posted onto the website. I want this product to be available to all of those who need it regardless of status or background. This is meant to be a tool to alleviate the stress of searching for a place to move.
- I believe that people will want to use this product because of the fact that finding a new place to live can be such a hassle and sorting through tons of information that frequently can contradict itself. I understand that some people will not use this product due to personal preference or due to lack of trust in products such as these. Regardless of this I believe it is important for this to be an option for them to consider.

Hi Cameron! I do like your concept about a new website having all the reliable data of apartments in an area like Gainesville and how it would be a resource for those looking for an apartment as well as a base where employees of a complex can give their information out. I just wonder if the site will also be including reviews of people who have already lived in the apartment complex, because the employees can say things about the apartment so that it will sound and look presentable to those who are looking, but the people who actually live in the apartment can provide a different perspective on what actually living there is like.

ReplyDeleteThis idea is a great improvement on ones that already exist. You can definitely create an app or website that keeps this information up to date and reliable. The websites and apps now dealing with places to live are very not updated and keep listings years after they are out of existence. Great job over all and I hope this idea works out for you!
